As per title, how will the house' finished state affect a mortgage calculation. How is at first fix status, fully finished outside and at first fix for plumbing and wiring. The property is 135k and my mortgage approval is roughly that. I'm happy to complete the house over the next year with my dad, but I was looking for…

As per title, how will the house' finished state affect a mortgage calculation.

How is at first fix status, fully finished outside and at first fix for plumbing and wiring.

The property is 135k and my mortgage approval is roughly that. I'm happy to complete the house over the next year with my dad, but I was looking for some advice on how to position it to the mortgage approvers.

Will they care? Can I get a surveyor just to say its grand so that they won't question it?

Any advice would be gratefully received.
