    Hi,
earlier today I was notified by the CAO that I am eligible for admission to another course in a different college (of a higher preference of course). However there are no places available this year , such are the limited number of spaces on the course, I would have to defer to be guaranteed a place on the course next year. I am presently in UCD and am staying in on campus accom. For instance if I was to withdraw now , would I get all fees refunded? Also would I be covered by the HSE fees for another 4 years etc? I would appreciate any replies
