Next store on Grafton Street?

Does anyone know if there's still a Next in or around Grafton Street? The website says not, but someone told me that there's one near the Gaiety (where H&M and Zara are).

It closed a couple of weeks ago.
Rent was too expensive.

As far as I know there is no Next beside Zara/H&M.

Next in Jervis is the nearest to the old Grafton Street store
