    Bad enough the lad gets a warning for his post, a cmod upholds the ban adding that it's because he's advising the op becomes a problem neighbour, and could get on trouble with the law..

    Bit of personal responsibility here lads for jasus sake. I know boards is only one lawsuit away from pulling the shutters, but no judge in the land is going to hold boards responsible for a tenant knocking on another's door.

    It was a slap on the wrist for going against forum rules/ethos. Not because boards might end up in the dock.
