If you had a 9mm CF liscensed AR before ,would be no problem.

However I doubt Uncle Sam would give you an export permit for it.Anything belt fed is an ITAR regulated item, plus the design cant be exported under the same regulations because it has [1] a Flash suppressor [2] is belt fed [3]Has a telescoping stock [4] barrel is "proably" marked 9mm not Luger or parabellum.[4] is full auto
9mm being a "military caliber" designation in the eyes of the US govt.
So with all that it falls under the export of war materials part of the ITAR legislation.
So if anyone ever says you have an "assault rifle from America".You can assure them that it is not because semi auto rifles with military features are prohibited from export from the USA.

OTOH were somone to build that upper or rifle in the EU,without the select fire facility,it could be done, but you would have a very boring, very expensive and very heavy 9mm AR15 for which you can get reliable working 50/100 round 9mm drums.

Cheers for that Grizz, the question was really tongue-in-cheek, nice vid though. I've come across a few bunny populations down the years where it would have been handy :D:D:D:D:D

This might be cheaper on ammo and you might have somthing left of the bunnies to make use of rather than just bunny hamburger.:P AND the Austrian gun company Voere used to make these in semi auto in the 1970s,so you might just luck in one day.Trouble is they are apprently jammamatics.
