Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

AutoImmune Protocol for Hidradenitis Suppurativa and other autoimmune conditions

    Hello everyone,
I've had HS for over 14 years now and have tried most treatments available. Medical and alternative. I recently read "The Hidden Plague" by Tara Grant and have been following some of the guidelines.
Since starting, I can see a difference in my symptoms and kind of believe there is some truth behind it.
It's very hard to stick to everything involved with Autoimmune protocol and would love to talk to anyone else who is trying this or wants to give it a go.
It involves a complete overhaul of lifestyle: Diet, light exercise, proper sleep, and stress management.
If anyone here would be into this please let me know.
    All the best,
    Suzanne

I'm looking for people to do the AIP with me not to sell stuff or anything like that btw! I have loads of guidelines and recipes and info, just would like a buddy or 2 to be doing the same. My sister was doing the diet part with me but she is pregnant now so she is off the diet. it's hard to keep motivated all the time so would love a few people to chat with etc.
