Are Ginos still going into the old Vodafone shop on the corner by Brown Thomas? The fit out looks to have started.

Eventbrite seem to be gone from the old bank building at the end of the South Mall.
Building up to let at only €250,875 yearly (€20,906 per month)

Looks like it alright. Know they left some staff go too. Guess if companies can get same level of productivity then no need for expense of office space.

The Linen Weaver on Paul Street is prepping to reopen and looks like it will have the doors open soon.

The Grafton Barber is closing on French Church Street. It is moving next to Umi Falafel on Academy Street according to a sign in their window.

Tbh I'm surprised Whetherspoons pubs didn't open sooner. They already have food, table service and an app to order through.

But no beer... it all comes from the UK and that's been the issue apparently.

I'm not sure what the reason is but apparently that's the issue. One of the assistant managers now working in the Silver Key as a waitress.

    I kinda... Like it.

I'll never be staying in it though.
    Swanky.

Prefer if more high density affordable housing were built.

There’s planning permission for 304 apartments beside it but this plan seems to have been mothballed.

I like it too, it's more interesting than any of the "safe" glass boxes going up everywhere else. I'd like to see developers being a bit more daring.
I was looking at the Deane's prices for Dublin, pretty steep but the Cork one is only going to be 30 seconds walk from the south entrance of Kent station which is very handy for someone arriving by train.
