Good weights instructor/gym in limerick

    Am living in galway at mo moving to limerick ( if I can soon find accom!!!) soon for work. My gym instructor here is excellent - we do a lot of HIT style classes like plyo, xfit. Pump and tone and use barbells and kettlebells.She def lays the weights on us but ups the cardio also.Looking for instructor like her in Limerick - one who is not afraid to kill you :)

    She is the one to call then. She is excellent and will really but you through the ringer and get the best out of you.

    Another +1 for Aaron, however if you're looking for circuit training type sessions he probly wouldn't be the man! I went to him solely for weight lifting, heavy compound lifts etc and he was brilliant!
