At the moment this is an amd build i am thinking of buying. I will be overclocking and its main purpose is for solidworks and gaming. My case is going to be the CiT Vanquish but if you could suggest me a nice looking case with a side window then go ahead L.E.D's dont really matter. I also have an adapter for my monitor as it is very old. And im going to be putting windows 10 onto this setup. Any feedback is appreciated!

That's a ridiculous amount to spend on a board with an Fx6300 processor.

I don't know how your work/gaming is balanced, but you're far better off going for an i5-4460 and decent H81/H97 board, it will even cost less than the above despite being much better.

If Solidworks is a major requirement, maybe look at the Xeon E3-1231v3. It's an i7 without integrated graphics which makes no difference here. That with a board would be similar price to what you had laid out there, and would run rings around the Fx6300. If gaming is the bigger requirement, look at an i5-4460.

I wouldn't bother with watercooling going Intel, better off getting a decent quiet air cooler.

Power Supply is overkill, anything above 300w is fine for that setup. You don't need thermal paste really, it will come with any stock or aftermarket cooler, but sometimes it is handy to have around.

I think ill go with the i5 and im gonna go look for a board is there any board in particular you would recommend. Also i kinda would prefer to go with an aio cooler but do u think that its a waste? And can that i5 be overclocked and do i need a certain board for overclocking

You won't need to overclock, I wouldn't even bother thinking about it
