Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

BSOD: irql_not_less_or_equal

Can someone help me with a BSOD I'm getting?

I HAVE googled this issue and followed the steps on reinstalling my drivers but it's still happening and I'm at my wits end.

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop, with Windows 8. I get the IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal message a lot, four or fives times a day. It's accompanied by iastor.sys. I usually (not always) get it when I'm watching a DVD or youtube video.

I know it's a driver problem but when I run Dell Detect and install the driver it tells me to install, the problem still happens.

Any ideas?! If you need any more specs let me know.

Install and run "Speccy". Play a youtube video and see how hot it gets after 10-15 mins of video.
