Internet issues on IPAD

hi folks...wifi connection is fine on PC but there is an issues on the IPAD. I surf, etc...but cannot watch NETFLIX, UTV player, etc....did a speed test on the PC and all ok. I checked settings on the iPad and all seems okay. Any ideas folks ?

Try rebooting it, hold the power and home button until an apple appears on screen. If that doesn't work try reset network settings.
This would be better suited to the apple devices forum.
