Hi The internet went down about an hour ago and hasn't come back. It says that we have a full signal strength but wont allow us to connect even connected through an etharnet cable It wont connect online but says we are connected. Any ideas? Cheers Aidan

Hi Aidan,

We've had no outages logged today. The best advice I can offer is to contact our support team on 1890 260 260 (tel no. and option 0)
They'll assist you there.
