As a landlord with a couple of properties in Shannon under the RAS, I'd say pet friendly will greatly limit your chances. A quick look on Daft a few minutes ago shows 2 houses available to rent in Shannon ( I didn't include flats ). 1 says no rent allowance and the other says no pets, how attached are you to your pet ?
