Still waiting on replacement ATM card...

    My ATM/Debit card expired on Sept 30th. BoI never sent me a replacement one during August/September.

    I contacted BoI on October 4th (after an embarrassing exchange at the petrol station...why do sales staff have to shout out loud that your card has expired??)
    BoI support promised to put a rush on a replacement card.. it's October 14th - still no card.

    How long should this take? Nearly two weeks without one now.

    We're sorry to hear that you are still awaiting your replacement card. Generally a renewal card is automatically issued to the address on file within the month it is due to expire and should be with you within 5 to 7 working days. 

    As you've still not received your card, we'd like to help get this resolved for you as soon as possible. Would you be able to PM us with your name, contact number and branch name and we'll have this investigated for you immediately.
