Internet connection problem

    Can anyone advise what I can do please? I keep getting a message this page cannot be displayed??I have Internet connection but no pages will load up. I just get the following " this page cannot be displayed "

    First open a command prompt ( CMD.EXE)

    type ipconfig /all hit enter post results

    next type ping www.google.com and post the results

    What browser are your using ? Dose work in another browser ?
