Ulster Bank contactless Visa debit??

Does anyone have any word or inside info on this? Are they every going to catch-up with every other bank in the country and give us contactless Visa debit cards? From the end of this month, contactless cards can be used for transactions up to €30, so it would be very handy to have one.
