Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    That wasn't even a foul.

We could really do with a winger

Milner gets booked for being kicked by Rose.

It's been coming for Milner. Not a foul but should have been booked earlier.

I think he's done ok so far.

Yep, bar not trying to stick his head on the rebound he has been good.

    Milner's the new Lucas.

Alli had about 5 minutes there to line up a shot.

Madrid didn't sign De Gea because they really just wanted the Mig in January, but good luck getting him off us!

Great defending from Liverpool. Look a lot more solid already than under Rodgers.

TNO needs to get the team on 'Ronnie's' supplements.

They're a shambles at the back, poor finishing from Spurs is the only reason this is still 0-0.

All the chances are coming from Skrtel

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,433 ✭✭✭NomadicGray

If N'jie does score its likely to be a cracker

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,395 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

Take your time Skrtel. No rush sure.

Some shot on that Clinton fella.

I hope to Fowler that Skrtel is the first player replaced in January, he's a disgraceful defender.

One or two small errors but the improvement is obvious. Makes a huge difference but having Lovren in the team though.

Passing has been extremely sloppy by both sides here. Can't fault the desire of either team though.

    Skrtel..

You can be offside from a throw in now.

Edit: Maybe not, but I was sure that rule was changed recently, but googling suggests not?

    Hoddle and Owen.

The bland speaking to the bland.

Time to hit the mute button.

About the best Origi could do with that, there.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,655 ✭✭✭Royal Legend

    The Klopp factor,

    Players in correct positions,
    Defense looks more organised

Similar performance to the Arsenal away pressing and attacking wise, pity we do not have Ings, Sturridge or Benteke in as we would be 2 up by now

Sahko can really pick a pass.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,948 ✭✭✭✭Osmosis Jones

    More of that from Origi

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,397 ✭✭✭✭Turtyturd

Origi needs to do more of that.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,395 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

Good first 30 minutes from Liverpool. Not so good last 15. Not many options on the bench either with all the injuries.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 51,342 ✭✭✭✭That_Guy

"Jurgen Klopp is finding out what it's like to be on a Premier League touchline"

I'm pretty sure it's the exact same as anywhere else.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,502 ✭✭✭✭martyos121

Klopp has never conceded a goal as Liverpool manager.

That is brilliant stuff, title-winning stuff.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,906 ✭✭✭Streetwalker

Liverpool like a wall at the back against an in form Spurs team today. Klopp will be happy with that start.

Milner has been a poor signing for the club btw. Not captain material either.

Like a wall? The amount of chances spurs were gifted? Nothing wall like about it.
