Good Morning hanksy,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie

Once you get the text to say your loan has been approved you can login to 365 Online where you will see an option to draw down the loan, this is located on the top left hand corner of the screen.
If this option isn’t available to you online, please call 0818 200 334 and one of our representatives will be able to help you with this.
