New kids tablet.

Hi folks,
Im looking to get 2 android tablets as Santa presents. I dont need them high spec as their only for a 3 and 6 year olds.
We got the older kid a nexus 7 a few years ago but it doesnt power up anymore and the repair shop reckons its not worth fixing. This was a great tablet but probably wasnt a good buy as all it was ever used for was movies and angry birds. We never really used it ourselves.

Im now on the lookout for a replacement and another one but dont want to pay for a top spec tablet again as its really not needed. The huddle gets great reviews but id rather buy local in case theres any issues.
Theres so much choice in the low-mid range price bracket its very hard to choose one.
Any ideas on what to look out for? Ideally 7/8 inch and upto €150 max.

Do not get a Kurio, its aimed at kids but tbh you only get around 4GB of memory for apps and we've had to return 1 and buy another as they break easy, I'm on the lookout for a kids tablet too so I'll keep an eye out for you, seen one on amazon here

Only downside to that is its not a bricks and mortar shop.

I have 2 lenovo s8 50 and cannot fault it at all, decent battery life and specs.

Pc world have them but i bought them from amazon.co.uk

Arrived yesterday and only got a few mins on it, first thing its solid as hell! got to 44% charge from 0 in less than a hour, screen is ok bright enough but not amazing, wifi range could be better but my room is a bit away from the modem, installs apps quite quickly though, memory is just short of 4GB as it has apps installed already but I will add a memory card later and change install location to that, I will update again when I have that done.

I ended up going for the Lenovo tab 2 7inch, 8gb from argos for €90. Opened them up and had a play. The screen is better than i expected and for games and movies their perfect. I also got 2 16gb sd cards for €6 each delivered on ebay.
Only downside is i was searching for covers for them on google and found the same tablet in 16gb for an extra €6 on littlewoods and that would have been a better buy.
