    Some showers on the way to west clare now coming from the north west, temp is dropping rapidly (now 4.9c) and dewpoint is around -2c I think, hopefully some sleet.

    I saw on Facebook a bit earlier on about very, very light snow in Ranelagh. In Clondalkin, however, it just got very dark, and lashed for a short time.

    Nope, just very icy rain associated with strong winds. Temp now down to 4.2c once the showers departed. Quite low for the coast.

    It wasn't forecast for the Dublin area, though. Moreso Connaught and Ulster.

    Yeah temperatures up to 5/6 degrees across the North West. There was ice and a bit of snow earlier all melted now. Peculiar

    Some nice gusts out there with stations in the west gusting above 40 knots and Malin Head reporting a gust of 65 knots at 11pm.... orange warning level....

    Snow time here just outside Glasgow...its been going solid for half an hour so there's a nice little covering on the ground. Nothing huge but not bad for mid November.
