Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I find it baffling that the commentary team on my stream are hailing this is a true underdog victory for Arsenal.

Their squad cost a fortune FFS.

Brilliant energy and composure from Bellerin

Bellerin looked good there despite playing out of his depth. Somehow Ozil made it up there too even if he did look disinterested.

    Lol.

Pep won't be happy with how this played out but in fairness what a performance from Arsenal. Was a real treat.

The Tv3 Player is obviously behind. Well done Hector! Totally made that. Thank f*ck Ozil's shot was well behind the line as Chamberlin made an absolute hash of the follow up. My heart rate can go back to normal now :D

Fantastic win for Arsenal and well deserved. Survived a bit of an onslaught early on to grow into the game. 1st goal was jammy as hell but Arsenal will take it.

Great result for Arsenal, amazing how they ground a victory out of that. A disciplined performance and game plan.

    Could be worse.
Owen Hargreaves was still complimenting Neuer's 'save' about a minute after the 2nd goal was awarded :pac:

God forbid he'd have to give us a complement. You'd think the match was a dire one to watch. Feck him, he's not gonna ruin the big grin on my face following that game and more importantly result :D

You can tell Souness sits there on a Thursday night wondering what the best team in the world is doing in the Europa league

Coquelin is an underated player. Bellerin is a great young full back.

Looking at Bayern tonight, they have exactly the same faults as last season .
Their final ball tonight was very poor and they looked very suspect on the break.
Far too one paced and they have a serious lack of pace in the team .

Good teams will sit back and punish them on the break.

I love when the pundits are up almost immediately after the whistle. They don't have time to get their emotions in check and their bitterness and bias is there on display for all to see.

Amazing what one game can do to change perceptions. Arsenal needed to win tonight and they got it, but they are still in major trouble of missing out, especially if Olympakios manage to win their next game.

I think if we beat both Olympiakos and Zagreb we'll go through. Bayern will do a job on Olympiakos.
