5k October Bank Holiday weekend

    I'm looking for a 5k to do at the weekend. Going on holidays next week for two weeks so I'd like a good blow out to make the most of a decent training block. I may do a Parkrun but would prefer a standalone race. Suggestions appreciated (can't find anything myself). Dublin, Meath, Kildare etc. Thanks!

    Thanks but as mentioned would rather not do a Parkrun this weekend.

    Saw the Tinahely one alright. A bit of a spin, did a duathlon there a while back but will consider it thanks.

    There's a nice 5k race from UCD to Merrion Square on Monday. Warmup jog starts around 9 on Fitzwilliam Square.


    (Not my gag, but couldn't resist :) )

    Perfect. Warm up is pretty long though, so I'll make sure to bring headphones and a few burritos in case I get hungry.

    I'm looking for one as well, I'm in Louth so the nearest seems to be Shercock AC in Cavan
