how to re instate my account

    Hello,
    My mobile number is <snip>. I'm a pay as you go client, and I'm on the twenty thirty tariff @ €20 per month. I have no credit left today and I cannot remember how to re instate my account / tariff.

    Once you top up, you will get a confirmation text to say that your plan is active.  After receiving this, you plan will be ready for use.  Make sure not to use your credit after topping up or the plan won’t activate
