    I would like to know how often bank statements are issued to the customers?

    The frequency of statements issued is account specific. 

    To check the frequency on your account you can call BOI Direct on 0818365365 or alternatively you can send an Ask a Question via the online service desk on 365 Online and a representative can check your account and advise you.
