    Anyone got an email for ID mobile's complaints dept?

    They're refusing to furnish me with one, telling me the only option is to write to them. not helpful when I want to cc comreg!

    See if u can get one for Carphone warehouse there the same company.

    Look at http://www.idmobile.ie/terms-and-conditions under "iD code of practice".

    That outlines the complaints process for ID and gives you all contact details and their response times.
