Does anyone know of cheap phone repair in offaly region will also travel as far as athlone in particular tullamore or birr thanks all help much appreciated the phone I want to repair is: Samsung Galaxy S3 GT9300 Needs new screen and digitizer

Probably beyond economic repair. You may be just as well off buying a second-hand S3 somewhere.

Yeah it's not worth it, buy a new phone, something like a moto g.
