Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

    I would like to quickly confirm one thing for First annual return B1 form:

    The company is Ltd and has 2 directors each with 500 shares, one of the directors is a secretary.

    * In the B1 - section Past/Present members:

    Should directors be added here or not?

    * Section - Secretary details - Joint secretary

    As one of the Directors is a Secretary - should that director be added as a Joint secretary or not?

    Many thanks for advice!

    All shareholders go in past/present members, so if only the 2 directors are shareholders then put them in.

    A joint secretary is when 2 people hold the office jointly. As you only have 1 secretary then it is not a joint secretary.
