Do you feel safe travelling alone?

    Only going to a UK city but not been abroad for a long time, I assume it should be fine, just if in any doubt get taxis?I am on long term medication, but lots of people are I assume, is there anything at all to consider when going to England? How do other s here feel travelling alone? Thanks s

    Yes, personally feel very safe travelling alone. Everyone will have different comfort zones to what situations they can out themselves in. If you aren't comfortable try and avoid putting yourself in any positions that would make you feel unsafe just as you would here in Ireland.

    The UK is generally speaking as safe as Ireland, lots of security cameras in public places as well which is a plus. I would just as safe as I do here in Ireland. Go, be safe as you normally would and enjoy yourself.

    Will you know anybody in the city you are staying in?

    How does one go about finding people to travel with ? I'm friendly with a lot of people, but think I'm wiithout a really close friend, and people tend to have their own lives anyway....
