eStatement query

    Hi, I'm signed up to eStatements on my acc. Problem is I need a current snapshop of my account, how do I go about it ? Can it be done online or do I have to wait a whole year until my next yearly eStatement ? Cheers, M.

    Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

    You can order a new statement through our telephone service.  Please call 0818365365 and select Option 1- Option 5- Option 1 for up to date statements . If ordered before 3.30pm these e Statements will be available to view online tomorrow morning.

    Should you wish to increase the frequency of your e Statements to quarterly, you can submit a request through the Online Service Desk by selecting the 'Ask A Question' function.

    Do you think there will ever be an online option to do this rather than having to ring a phone number ? (ie. convenience)
