Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Interesting list from The Telegraph, documenting the players who have had the most injuries since 2010:

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/competitions/premier-league/11959591/The-20-most-injured-Premier-League-players-since-2010.html?frame=3485152

    1) Wayne Rooney (34 different injuries)
    2) Gabby Agbonlahor (32)
    3) Laurent Koscielny (30)
    4) Jonny Evans (29)
    5) Yaya Toure (28)
    =) Steven Fletcher (28)
    =) Kieran Gibbs (28)
    =) Samir Nasri (28)
    9) Tomas Rosicky (27)
    =) James Collins (27)
    11) Theo Walcott (26)
    =) Luke Shaw (26)
    =) Danny Welbeck (26)
    =) Vincent Kompany (26)
    =) Moussa Dembele (26)
    =) Phil Jones (26)
    =) Jon Walters (26)
    18) Daniel Sturridge (25)
    =) Jack Wilshere (25)
    =) Robin Van Persie (25)

    Any shocks/surprises there?

Before I even read the list I thought Steven Fletcher would have to be up there from a Sunderland perspective.

Luke Shaw would have to be a worrying one there. Only 20 years old and playing in the Premier League since 2012 yet ranks just outside the top 10 with 26 different injuries.

Sturridge will be in the champions league positions by May

Rooney surprises me a bit, didn't think it was that many. Walters also as he seems a bit of an iron man, didn't he start 100 games in a row or something?

Confidently expect Sturridge and his 'ailments' to top this table soon.

Does the list include "International break" injuries?

    Arsenal feature a lot there.

Are there potholes at their training ground?

    Was Diaby one constant injury?

Seems to include only current players.

EDIT: Van Persies there, so no.

    Yeah probably :pac:

Surely games missed due to injury would be a better list.

Poor old Darren Fletcher would be high up that list, credit to him, he's come back from his insidious condition, remarkable in fact.

And still playing at a decent level too.

Didn't make the final line-up, he was due to be included up top but injured himself before the line-up was released.

the top 5 there are also players who seem to he rarely injured.

Obviously one injury where you're out for a long time would be worse than many small injuries

Luke Shaw (26), that's 5 more injuries than he is old isn't it?

I wouldn't say so if you're identifying injury prone players...one bad injury and a season out would amount to more than someone constantly in and out of the team with one or two game niggles

And Rooney's had 4 more than his age.

I think what you mean is in his short career he's had so many. 26 injuries in under 4 years is a lot, Rooney's is over 13 years

When Diaby isn't included you know the criteria is wrong.
