Ulster Bank online banking website; how to ask it a question?

I'm only trying to find out in what on earth format it'll accept a mobile phone number, but it's annoying that I can't ask it.
All I can find in 'Help' is a list of FAQs that don't include this one. I haven't seen the 'Chat' popup that used to appear, and can't see any contact links. (And yes, I was still logged in).
I don't think my branch would be able to help me; I went there before with a query re another online banking matter, and they didn't have access to the info, and that was a general query too (nothing confidential).

I just updated my phone number inside the ulsterbank eBanking. The format was:
00353851234567

Based on the original phone number being: 085 123 4567
