    Just heard people didn't get payment into accounts from BOI so could be some major problems

    We're aware that payments to some accounts have been delayed. Please be assured that we are working to resolve this as a priority. We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused due to this and we thank you for your patience. 

    Just to mention, Standing Orders and Direct debits will present at multiple times throughout the day and we can assure you that our customers will not be out of pocket arising from the delay this morning.
