    Hi,

    Just seen on Twitter that the bank are having problems with payments going in today from other banks, any update on the issue?

    Will all transfers be done today?

    Sarah, can you get in the phone and DEMAND some answers from someone. Tell them they are losing customers and what's left of their good will. DEMAND the information, will there be money in people's accounts today or do people need to beg, borrow, cancel plans, go easy on the petrol, take money from savings or whatever people might need to do before close of business today.  this is not good enough. Surely ye have some idea of times lines, with previous practice doing this kind of thing.
