Looking at buying in Townspark Manor, Kells.

The houses (semi & detached) look lovely both inside and out.

Any body know of any issues with the estate?

Grew up across the road from their. Very nice area, and the houses are lovely like you say. The estates across the way would have older families with more grown up children. Townspark would be slightly younger families.

Could certainly do worse if looking to buy there! Any other questions, just ask.

The area seems fine and people are grand. But this estate was built near the end of the boom so some (if not all) of the houses were lashed up. Maybe it's just the ones I've seen and have been involved in sorting out, buy the build quality was poor.
