    Need to join a pool to increase my swimming, any1 anything good or bad to say about either. I will probably doin most of my swimming in the afternoon around 2 on way home from work

    The NAC do a swim only membership which is decent value. If you can get there for 14:00 I think it's a great option. If it's any later it will be overrun with swim clubs etc....
