Weekly payment / wrong amount

    A weekly payment that comes third party to my non boi account has an incorrect figure Friday gone .... It disappeared from my account overnight and appeared back next day still with incorrect figure ... Is this issue ye had not sorted ? Not in my case anyway

    Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.

    The delay with payments yesterday did not impact the amount posted to customer's accounts. This was a delay with the credit being applied. As you mentioned your account is with another bank and your query is regarding a credit received last week, you would need to contact your own bank to have them look into this for you.
