Personal Loan Query

    Hi guys,

    I applied for a personal loan online and filled out all of the details including the option to take a 3 month payment holiday at the start (so the first payment would have been scheduled for December), but the first payment came out at the end of September.

    Thinking that this might have been to get the ball rolling and that the break would start after this I left it alone but now the second payment has come out as well….. is there any reason why the payment break would not have been allowed?
