Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What's the deal with Jenas? On motd regularly while not retired but un attached. He's 32 so should be at a stage where he's looking at 2-4 years playing but he hasn't had a club in 18 months. There's far worse players earning a good living in the pl and championship. Is motd really the best contract he could get?

Iirc he had/has a bad injury which would make him an unattractive proposition. But, I agree with you, 32 is far too early to be consigned to being a (part-time) analyst.

I literally went onto Wiki during MOTD to see if he'd retired. Surely he's able for some sort of standard of football.

You'd assume with all his injury troubles he'd have trouble passing a medical

That along with someone who I'd suspect would have fairly high wage demands would make him a risk for anyone
