Best way to record track session with Garmin fr10

Can I ask how you would record a track session of 10 x 400 m with a min recovery. Don't really want to have 10 separate recordings, so do people just pause the session after each lap? Or do I just need a better watch...

Press Start => Run 400m => Press Lap => Recover 60s => Press Lap => Run 400m => Press Lap => ... => Run 400m => Press Stop
