Buying wine for our wedding reception

Hi Everyone, My girlfriend and I are getting married next summer and was looking at the option of buying the wine for our reception ourselves to save a bit of money. we have asked the manager of the venue and she said this would be no problem and would not charge us corkage. so i was just wondering has many people done…

Don't know if you got sorted, but we got our wedding wine from Kenny's in Oranmore.

They were fabulous to deal with and we were able to get a gorgeous Pinot Noir and Chenin Blanc for 8.17 a bottle, including free delivery to Dublin. They also couriered us free bottles of the wine to taste too.

I'm not affiliated with them in anyway, but found them great to deal with and less hassle than having to get the boat to France.
