Ring road closure

    Does anyone know anything about closure of the section of ring road between dublin rd roundabout and hebron rd .i didnt get a good look at the sign today only saw that it would be closed 4th november.couldn"t find any information on kilkenny county council website .

    Thought it said 7am to 4pm on the sign but might be wrong.
