Training course while on IEC work permit

Hi folks, On the IEC work permit it states the following: Unless authorized, prohibited from attending any educational institution and taking any academic, professional or vocational training course. Has anyone had to deal with this when sent on training courses by their employer?

You can go on training courses in an iec visa as long as the course is completed within 6 months.
