hkc quantum 70 error message

    Hi,

    Been getting an error message of 'internal control panel battery pack needs replacing'. I've left messages with installer but has not gotten back to me.
    Any ideas if I can do this myself? None of the manuals explain any troubleshooting.

    That is the battery in the main control panel.
    Wholesalers should have these in stock for replacement.
    Just make sure you down power the alarm before opening.
