Cant think of song title/band. Need help!

    I'm trying to remember the name of this song or the band. Its driving me crazy.

    It was an Irish band. Music video was of Dublin in really sunny weather. They were all playing air instruments. Think the drummer was on a space hopper!

    Can anyone put me out of my misery?
