Cancellation fees - Moving out of the country

    Hello,

    My roomate and I will have to leave the country soon, before the end of our contrat. Our contract will have been very short.
    Will we have to pay a 50euros (or other?) cancellation fee ?

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    We would need to take a look at your account to advise whether you would be subject to an exit fee or not. The following information would be required by private message:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
