    There has been a slight amendment to rule 14 of the for sale rules.

    The frequency of posts asking the seller where they are based, located, or where the item can be viewed is rising fairly sharply. You don't need to give your exact address. You may be as specific or vague as you like, however a county at a minimum is needed so any potential buyer knows where you are.

    If you travel in the course of your work you may include this, and most importantly if the item is stored in an RFDs then give the name of the RFD so the person may go and view it.

    From this day onward If the OP does NOT post their location the thread will remain live, but any post asking for their location will be removed. If you have posted asking for the location and find your post has been removed then PM the OP.

    To all those selling items. Giving a location, even just a county can eliminate tyre kickers as well as encourage genuine buyers. It is in your best interests to give as many details as possible when placing the advert.
