    Hi - a lodgement has been made to my account, and I do not know by whom. How can I find out who lodged this money please?

    To get information on a lodgement made to your account you can either send an Ask a Question via the Online service desk or you can call BOI Direct on 0818365365 & a representative will be happy to assist you.

    Representatives are available Monday – Friday 8am-Midnight and 9am-6pm weekends and Bank holidays.
