Bumps after hair removal :S

I epilate my upper lip, and for ages it seems like I have bumps above my lip, where I epilate. It's made me fairly conscious of it, and I'm not sure what they are, or how to get rid of them? Exfoliating helps a bit, but it doesn't get rid of them.

Does anyone get this, as well, and have any foolproof methods of getting it to stop?

It's the same, really, if I pluck them. :S

Edited to add: they look like this (not a pic of me, found it on the internet). http://s3.amazonaws.com/f01.justanswer.com/JACUSTOMERrf5iftzu/2011-08-14_163302_img_1825.jpg

    Thanks!

    Hi OP,

I've moved this to beauty for you, I think you'll get better answers here.
