The 3 storey solar panelled BER rated fine terrace homes currently being built in Hansfield are a perfect example of what the article is pointing out! So glad that ubiquitous bland semi-ds are falling out of favour. So boring!

Well location wise it has everything. Access to both buses and trains, not far from town, lots of takeaways, blanch centre, M50 etc etc
