Tents up in phoenix park?

    I saw some marquees going up this morning in the park on the triangle that sides with the OSI.

    Any ideas what's going on? The little road is closed off both ends even with the barrier in the middle of it.

    Reading that, I thought the guy who was living in the treehouse in the phoenix pk had finally been rumbled.
    Fair play to him, its almost invisible, but its only a matter of time.
